The Georges River Overlanding and Recreation Club Inc. was founded in October 1978 and is essentially a group of 4WD enthusiasts. We enjoy the opportunity to explore the beauty of remote and unique places in Australia.
Activities include camping, sightseeing trips and other social events.
Our Driver education programme, promotes awareness of correct four wheel driving techniques.
As outdoors enthusiasts we promote the tread lightly ethic of responsibility in club activities.
Membership to our club allows access to the collective 4WD knowledge base of the other 4WD Club members.
The Club welcomes and encourages owners of all makes of 4WD vehicles to participate.
We are located in the Sutherland Shire area in the South of Sydney and are a member club of the Four Wheel Drive NSW & ACT Inc.
Family members are particularly welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Club Meetings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We meet at 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month at the
Sutherland Multi-Purpose Centre, 123 Flora Street, Sutherland , N.S.W.
Visitors to our meetings are very welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please verify venue and time by contacting the club secretary as occasionally the meetings are held at sponsors premises.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
